Gond ke Laddu or Edible Gum Ladoo are generally made in all parts of India during winters.Gond is also called as edible gum. These laddus are made from Gond /Dink /Gundar (Edible gum), Wheat flour, Ghee and with lots of Dry fruits. very healthy and very tasty.



Mandatory Ingredient

  •   Poppy seeds 1 tablespoon
  •   Watermelon seed 1 tablespoon
  •   Grated coconut 1 bowl
  •   Ghee 5 tablespoon
  •   Gond(edible gum) 1 bowl
  •   Cashew 2 tablespoon
  •   Almond 2.5 tablespoon
  •   Raisin 2 tablespoon
  •   Wheat flour 1 bowl
  •   Sugar 1 bowl
  •   Cardamom powder

    Tips

    Roast the edible gum (Gond) in low flame so it will be cooked properly from inside.
    Roast the wheat flour in low flame.
